Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry and Timekeeping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering data, maintaining timekeeping records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into various systems and databases.

• Maintain and update employee timekeeping records.

• Verify and reconcile timesheets and attendance records.

• Assist with payroll processing and reporting.

• Generate reports and summaries as required.

• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience in data entry and timekeeping.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
