Collector

Job Summary: We are looking for a Collector to join a growing team. The Collector will preserve the company’s assets by controlling delinquent accounts, collecting delinquent payments, creating feasible workout solutions for troubled accounts and assisting in the recovery and disposing of collateral.

· Maintain the company’s charged-off and delinquent accounts at or below acceptable levels.

· ensure all collection activity is legal and follows company policy.

· Inform management of operational issues affecting the company’s collection activities.

· Assist management in training and motivating highly qualified staff sufficiently to meet daily operational needs of the department.

Position type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $17/hr - $26/hr, BOE

Qualifications

· 3-5 years of collector experience involving auto, personal, credit cards and mortgage loans

· High school diploma or GED

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook)
