Speaker: Tracy Bianco
Topic: Communicating Through Conflict: The Knowing, the Doing, & the Inner Work to Make It Happen

Communicating Through Conflict: The Knowing, the Doing, and the Inner Work to Make It Happen
Conflict happens.  And in the workplace, it happens frequently.
According to statistics shared by ZipDo, 85% of employees at all levels experience conflict to some degree, and those workplace conflicts cost companies an average of $359 billion per year. Yikes!
Conflict may be all around us, but that doesn’t mean we have to wave the white flag and surrender to it. By preparing for inevitable workplace conflict, you set yourself up to manage it rather than have it manage you.
In this Lunch & Learn session we’ll explore:

  • The ‘knowing’ of conflict management: Understand the five types of conflict management and when to use each of them.
  • The ‘doing’ of conflict management: Apply specific practices and habits to better manage conflicts.
  • The ‘inner work’ of conflict management: Develop the mindset needed to manage conflict with confidence, courage, and compassion.
Join us on March 27th at 11:45 at Troy City Hall to discover all you need to manage conflict with ease!
