Job Summary
We are currently hiring Entry-Level Project Managers to assist with the day-to-day operations of our roofing, siding, and gutter projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working outdoors. You’ll work closely with our Production Manager to keep projects on track and ensure homeowners receive top-quality service and results.
 
Responsibilities
  • Verify that all materials delivered by suppliers match the order
  • Communicate directly with homeowners to answer questions and address concerns
  • Ensure crews have access to additional materials as needed to keep the project moving
  • Perform site visits to monitor progress and support the Production Manager
  • Confirm that completed work matches the scope of the project
  • Ensure job sites are cleaned up and free of construction debris at project completion
Qualifications
  • Must be reliable, organized, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • No prior construction experience necessary—on-the-job training provided
