Branch Operations

We are looking for full-time Financial Service Consultants who take pride in helping others and making an impact, to join our branch operations team. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include:

• building long-term relationships with members and offering them our products and services


• performing monetary teller transactions


• opening new accounts and processing loan applications

These positions offer flexible scheduling and excellent experience for those looking to start a career within the financial industry. No previous banking experience is required, just a strong passion for helping people!

This position pays between $33,000 - $59,000 annually.

We currently have full-time openings at the following branch locations:

Belleville Walmart: hours are Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Employees work a 4-day work week, with a rotating schedule.
