Job Description: In this role, you'll be the go-to person for customers, helping them navigate their service needs with professionalism and care. Whether in person or over the phone, you’ll ensure every customer has a smooth and efficient service experience.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, either 2-10pm or 4pm-midnight
