Estimator

Korte & Luitjohan Contractors, Inc. is looking for an experienced ESTIMATOR to join our team!

 

Our Estimator will help the company secure projects by clearly understanding and interpreting project scopes, including drawings, and then developing an accurate estimate of the cost of proposed projects.

 

You must have a minimum of five years of estimating experience, including self-perform construction work (concrete foundations, walls, heavy structures, rough/finish carpentry, site work, process piping, and process equipment). You must be able to use at least one estimating program, as well as Excel. Excellent computer skills are a must. A degree from an accredited college or university is a plus.

 

Are you able to communicate and work as a team member, as well as independently? Do you have keen mathematical skills? Are you organized and can multitask? If you answered “yes”, then we are interested in talking to you!

 

Pay: $100,000 to $140,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift

Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off (3 weeks starting), 7 paid holidays, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) and matching contribution, and profit sharing
