Maintenance Technician



Job Description


Key Responsibilities:




  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company facilities, vehicles, and boats.

  • Assist with clinic setup and remodeling projects.

  • Maintain equipment, systems, and buildings, documenting repairs and installations.

  • Handle general maintenance tasks, including landscaping, snow removal, and cleaning.

  • Ensure proper functioning of alarm and fire protection systems.

  • Represent ApexNetwork in a professional and positive manner.

  • Travel to corporate facilities and out of state as needed.

  • Proactively manage time and prioritize tasks.

     




Qualifications:




  • Proven experience in maintenance or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to work nights and weekends as required.

  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

     




Compensation & Benefits:




  • Hourly Range: $16.50- $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

  • Benefits:

    • Flexible schedule: 15-20 hours per week.

    • Paid vacation time.
